Two Part (Recovery) Breathing
Certain breathwork - known as Recovery Breathing - is known to bring out very intense releases. Mental, physical and spiritual shifts can happen at many different levels, as the effects are different for everyone. Set to specific music, this type of breathing is more of a workout than a meditation, as you are breathing in and out rather forcefully so you can achieve an altered state of consciousness that bring about intense emotional releases. Tiers
The Tier system maximizes the efficiency of doing breathwork by learning how to breathe correctly FIRST. Giving you breathing exercises before you are breathing correctly completely ruins the point of doing the breathwork, and is unsafe for the body and brain. You will learn to breathe the way the body was meant to breathe, which is by using the diaphragm. Once you have mastered diaphragmatic breathing and finished the Silver Tier session, you can begin with either the Gold, Platinum or Athletic Performance Tier.
Consultation

Learn the anatomy of breathing and experience the incredible benefits you will get by learning how to breathe correctly. You will learn how to breathe the way you were meant to breathe by using your diaphragm, as well as become an expert at stretches and exercises that are meant to increase the diaphragm’s range of motion. You will learn how important nasal breathing is and how to utilize that along with diaphragmatic breathing - known as conscious breathing - to get your body and brain working together at an optimal level.

Athletic Performance Breathwork
This is a tool that is being utilized by the likes of pro golfers Tiger Woods and Jason Day, Justin Fields, Olympic Athletes, Navy Seals and so many more. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers hired a breathwork coach this past year, as did the San Francisco 49ers. There have been studies done that have proven the benefits of breathwork when used for improved physical performance.
In any sport, you need a lot of energy. You will learn how to manipulate the blood through breathwork to increase the oxygen in your blood. More oxygen = more energy. Each sport has a specific program for breathwork exercises. For golf, you need to administer breath holds every 3 holes to maintain the extra oxygen in your blood. For hockey, you do breath holds before the 1st , the 2nd and the 3rd period. Working out, running, tennis, MMA fighting, baseball, football and wrestling (as well as golf and hockey) are all covered at Breathletics.

Here is where you will learn to use breathwork in a variety of ways with a variety of different exercises to reap the benefits that using the breath can give you. Wim Hof Breathwork, Breath of Fire, Box Breathing, and Shamanic Breathing are but a few of the types of breathwork you will master at this level. You can give yourself more energy and focus at work or more relaxation for sleep. You can improve your memory, increase the amount of oxygen that goes to your brain, improve auto immune diseases and their symotoms, and improve inflammation These can even help relieve chronic back pain and acid reflux. You will become a master at these “life hacks” that have been proven to be life changing.
Platinum Tier
Conscious-Connected Breathwork

This is where you will do breathwork that will alter your state of consciousness. Set to a playlist to enhance the experience, doing Recovery – or “Circular” – breathwork can have an incredibly profound effect.
What happens here is whats called “Transient Hypo-Frontality” , which means that the conscious mind is removed, and the subconscious mind comes up and out. The brain actually shifts from whats known as “Alpha” brainwave state to “Theta” brainwave state. This is the state you were in between the ages of 2-6 years old. Massive shifts can happen here. This can completely rewire your internal systems, liberate you from the limiting ideas, and give you a deeper appreciation for your own physical and mental potential.
