The diaphragm is a muscle, just like your glutes and pecs. By training your diaphragm to become stronger gives your respiratory system an advantage over your opponent by giving you more power, speed and endurance. Breathletics utilizes the benefits of The Sportmask (see pic) to strengthen your breathing muscles, which is guaranteed to improve your true athletic potential.
Along with mastering diaphragmatic breathwork and doing strengthening exercises for it, you will understand the importance of Nitric Oxide via nasal breathing, and why it is so vitally important.
You will learn all about your own B.O.L.T. score - Body Oxygen Level Test - and why it is so important to work on for getting dramatic improvements in sports performance.
Breath manipulation is an integral part of any sport...after working with a Breathletics instructor, you will be able to add up to 20% - TWENTY PERCENT - more oxygen delivery to your muscles. That brings extra energy to your muscles, which brings you more power, speed, and endurance during the sport you are playing.
Lactic Acid is the enemy of the athlete. The quicker that lactic acid builds up, the quicker the athlete loses power, speed and endurance. With the Breathletics Athletic Breathwork program, you will learn how to manipulate your breathing to help delay the onset of lactic acid build-up. This has been proven to give the athlete more power output, strength and endurance for longer than the athletes who do not do breathwork.
Breathwork exercises have scientifically proven results that will be catered to each individual, group or team to maximize their results with breathwork.
